Terms and Conditions

1) What are the pick up and delivery options? 

i) Pick up is available at 622C Punggol Central #06-294 Singapore 823622.

ii) Our delivery service is provided by 3rd party vendor. 

Delivery fee is 

    •    $10 for orders below $150 

    •    Free delivery for orders $150 and above 

    •    Minimum order amount for delivery is S$29

Please note:  

A surcharge of $5 from our delivery partner will be applied for delivery to Sentosa Cove

A surcharge of $15 to secured areas (For e.g. Airline Road, Aerospaces, PSA ports, SATS etc.) 

A surcharge of $3 from our delivery partner will be applied for delivery orders on eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays. 


2) What is the shelf-life of the cakes upon pick up/delivery?

We recommend to consume our freshly baked cakes and pastries on the same day as there is no added preservatives.

The best flavour comes out when it is served chilled.

If the cakes or pastries are not consumed within the day, they should be stored in the refrigerator (chiller compartment) and consume within the next 2 days.

3) Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Contact us at enquiry@cheese-haus.com or WhatsApp to +65 9760 0144 if there are any changes to the order at least three (3) days in advance of the pick up/delivery date.  

No refund or exchange will be given once the product(s) have been pick up/delivered.
